Located in a very rural setting, the property is approximately 20 minutes from the Greers Ferry/Higden area with nearby Sugarloaf Marina access for boating and lake activities about 15 minutes away. There is plenty of parking space for a boat and vehicles. The home is accessed by approximately 3.5 miles of well-maintained gravel road. We recommend picking up groceries and supplies before arrival so you can settle in and fully enjoy your stay.

The property has exterior security cameras located at the front and rear entrances, including a Ring doorbell device. These devices monitor only outdoor areas and are in place for guest safety and property protection. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private or enclosed guest spaces.
